This year my friend Brenda organized the annual bike race in Bailey, The Hundo. It’s a 100 mile bike race through the Rockies that challenges even the most experienced riders. I am amazed at all she did to organize this race, and how beautifully she pulled it off. The racers had nothing but great things to say about every aspect of this all day event. The Bailey Hundo supports the Kids on Bikes organization.
She asked me if I would be willing to come out and take some photos of the racers. Even though waking up at the crack of dawn is not my thing, I was happy that I got my butt out of bed and participated because it was a ton of fun. With coffee in hand, Erik and I found a fun little spot to hang out and take in the race. It turned out to be a beautiful morning and a great experience.
Here are a few shots from the day!
